A restaurant in Osu is seeking a courteous and dependable Waiter to provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations. The successful candidate will take orders, serve meals and help create a welcoming dining experience.

Location: Osu, Accra
Salary: GHS 1,200 per month, excluding transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers politely and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain available options and take orders accurately.
- Communicate customer orders and special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Set up tables, clear used dishes and keep the dining area clean.
- Attend to customer enquiries and report concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow the restaurant’s service procedures and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates with basic knowledge and understanding of restaurant service will also be considered.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Punctual, respectful and reliable.
- Ability to cooperate with colleagues and remain attentive during busy periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant’s service procedures and quality standards.
