Job Summary
A property management company is seeking three hardworking and dependable Housekeepers to maintain clean, orderly and welcoming facilities. Successful candidates will perform room attendant duties and ensure that guest rooms and assigned areas meet the company’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Location: Labone/Cantonments, Accra
Basic Salary: GHS 1,200–1,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and other assigned areas.
- Change bed linen, make beds and replace towels as required.
- Sweep, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces.
- Replenish toiletries and other room supplies.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items and lost property to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in housekeeping, room attendance or cleaning guest or residential facilities.
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy, organised and attentive to detail.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be punctual, dependable and able to follow instructions.
- Professional attitude and respect for guests’ privacy and belongings.
